A leading hotel chain in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Officer to support a wide range of HR operations. The candidate will take an active role in Learning & Development initiatives, assist with recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, as well as coordinate training programs. Ideal candidates should have a relevant diploma or degree and 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. You will be responsible to support the full spectrum of HR operations, while also taking an active lead in Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. The HR Officer will assist in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration and compliance, as well as coordinate, schedule, and track all training programs, including Hyatt Brand Trainings and compliance courses, to enhance colleague skills, engagement and career growth.
