Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a passionate recruitment professional to execute the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a sales-driven attitude and the ability to handle pressure. Responsibilities include assisting clients throughout the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and maintaining ongoing relationships with both clients and candidates. Responsibility
  • Executing 360 recruitment cycle (Business Development and Recruitment).
  • Assisting clients in end-to-end cooperation process.
  • Providing consultation and solutions to clients.
  • Sourcing candidates’ CV, filtering by interview and propose to clients.
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing until join date).
  • Maintain relationship and active communication with clients.
  • Maintain relationship with the candidates after placement.
  • Developing talent pipelines and networking.
