Job summary

A leading components manufacturer is seeking a dedicated Foreign Workers Management Officer in Penang. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with immigration processes, maintaining worker data, and managing recruitment and contracts for foreign workers. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in foreign workers management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work permit, employment pass and visa application processes are active.
• Conduct annual working permit renewals for foreign workers.
• Maintain and update worker data accurately.
• Arrange timely FOMEMA checks.
• Handle worker recruitment, resignation, contract endings, and leaves.
• Monitor worker accommodations and travel arrangements.
• Prepare documents required for cancellation of working permits.
• Liaise with Embassies regarding Employment Contracts.
• Comply with all government and statutory requirements.
