  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions (recruitment, training, payroll, IR/ER, performance management)
  • Develop HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines to support company growth
  • Oversee recruitment planning and ensure manpower needs are met on time
  • Manage employee relations, handle disciplinary matters & conflict resolution
  • Plan and coordinate training & development programs
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia labour laws and statutory requirements
  • Handle payroll matters, attendance management & HR documentation
  • Lead HR initiatives to improve culture, engagement, and retention
  • Support management in HR strategy and decision‑making
