Requirements
  • Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences or equivalent.
  • Possesses 3-5 years of working experience in a similar managerial capacity.
  • Conversant with relevant statutory regulations pertaining to human resource such as Employment, Industrial Relations, Employee Provident Fund, Social Security etc.
  • Familiar in managing training & development activities.
  • Good in oral & written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Attentive & a good listener.
  • A people-oriented person with amicable individuality.
  • Prefer candidates who can start work immediately.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the company's human resource spectrum, which encompasses personnel administration, industrial relations, training & development, recruitment, payroll administration as well as other related administrative functions.
  • Manage all other related administrative functions.
  • Manage expatriate
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and professional development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide strategic input on organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Able to perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
