A leading business group in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced individual for a role focused on payroll management and employee administration. Responsibilities include calculating claims and managing employee records. Candidates must have a diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management, along with a minimum of 3 years in the related field. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa are essential. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Tabulate and calculate claims, bonuses and allowances and ensure accurate payment/disbursement
Report on payroll expenses and reconcile on claims and disbursements.
Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.
Set up, maintaining and updating accurate employee records, such as sick and other entitled leave.
Assisting in conduct an orientation to newly hired employees and handle exit interview.
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
Prepare offer letter, staff appraisal, staff confirmation letter, show cause letter & warning letter.
Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 year of working experience in related field.
Have some Accounting knowledge/backgrounds.
Able to work well under tight deadlines.
Must be flexible.
Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
Highly committed and motivated to perform.
Pleasant disposition and able to work well with all level of employees.
Able to work in Johor Bahru-Kempas Lama.
