Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and to base in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate shall possess strong technical HR knowledge, maintain high ethical & integrity standards, and have excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate a positive, collaborative, and compliant workplace culture.

What you need to do
  • Lead and oversee all Human Resources and General Affairs operations to support Company goals.
  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
  • Handle compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination.
  • Monitor the work permit.
  • Manage training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Oversee General Affairs functions such as office management, assets, facilities, and company utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate industrial relations matters and maintain good communication with employees.
  • Monitor HR metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Support management in strategic planning related to people, culture, and organizational development.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in Construction industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and government regulations including BPJS (social and health insurance).
  • Well-versed in performance management, compensation & benefits, HR policies, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to act as a trusted business partner to top management.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in managing people-related matters.
  • Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting.
  • Must be willing to relocate to and work in Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Candidate with overseas working experiences will be added advantages.
