Qualifications

  • Candidate should have at least a Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related working experience required.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Job description

Responsible for managing all payroll related functions, HR documentation, and liaising with Finance and Government bodies, while supporting recruitment and worker administration.

Job Description
  • To handle management payroll activities, including payroll and salary payment processing, preparation of payroll report, statutory payment and etc.
  • Process and update of staff employment and pay status.
  • Responsible for preparation and follow up on HR documents such as Appointment Letters, Promotions, Employee Confirmation, Transfers, Contract Renewals, Terminations and etc.
  • Liaise with Finance department on salary related matters.
  • Liaise with Government bodies on statutory payment matters.
  • Assist and handle recruitment, hiring, orientation and all necessary arrangements for new employees.
  • Participate in salary/ benefits/ compensation and benefit related survey.
  • Attend training organized by government as and when needed.
  • Monitor daily staff attendance and leave record.
  • Liaise with agencies and in-charge on foreign workers' working permit matters.
  • Update worker's attendance with respective project code into company system on a daily basis.
  • Prepare every necessary document, worker name list and agreement to ensure workers are available to work at other premises.
  • Any other responsibilities that assigned by immediate superior.
Competency
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Required skills: interpersonal skill, communication skill, problem solving, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
