Job Description: Deputy Human Resource Manager
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Human Resource Manager to support the organization's HR functions. This role assists the General Manager in executing HR programs and policies, ensuring effective administration of HR processes, and fostering a positive work environment. You will collaborate closely with regional leadership and our China Headquarters (HQ) to ensure effective people management and full HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles, up to senior leadership positions.
  • Liaise with HQ (China) to implement and enforce global HR policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including market benchmarking and salary structure maintenance.
  • Drive the performance management cycle and support talent development programs.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and maintain accurate HR records and the employee handbook.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, policies, and local labor regulations.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages:

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Mandarin proficiency is a must as all reporting to HQ (China) is written in Mandarin.
