OWH CONSULTING SDN BHD is seeking a talented Civil & Structure Engineer to join our growing team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in the design, analysis and development of civil and structural engineering projects for our diverse clientele.
- Conducting feasibility studies, site inspections and surveys to gather necessary data for project planning and execution.
- Preparing and designing detailed engineering drawings, calculations and specifications for civil and structural components of projects.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure design compliance with relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards.
- Coordinating with local authorities for submission stage until CCC stage.
- Overseeing the construction process and monitoring the quality of work to ensure it meets required standards.
- Identifying potential problems and recommending solutions to optimise project outcomes.
- Registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM); Graduate Engineer status is compulsory.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in a local consultancy firm.
- Familiarity with BS8110, BS5950, UBBL and other relevant codes.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as PROTA, STAADPRO and other structural software.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
