MDEC is looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our digital content creative department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing event execution & marketing strategies.

As an Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, promotion, and execution of international-level events/programs held by MDEC. This internship offers hands-on experience in event operations, marketing communications, and stakeholder engagement within the dynamic digital content industry.

• Project Management
• Managing events under the Animation team
• Liaison for inquiries
• Reporting and database management
• Project coordination
• Graphic design for marketing and promotional materials
• Creating social media content during and after events
• Preparing event collaterals
• Managing digital assets and print files
• Video shooting and editing for event coverage
• Preparing promotional and marketing tools, organizing events
• Supporting event logistics coordination and execution
• Collecting and analyzing feedback for post-event reporting
• Contributing to satellite programs and side events
• Assisting in digital and traditional promotional campaigns
• Managing social media accounts and scheduling posts
• Supporting marketing and advertising activities
• Performing administrative and event-related tasks as assigned

• Diploma or degree students in Animation, Project Management, Graphic Design, or Event Management
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good listening and communication skills
• Proactive with a passion for marketing
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
