Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Museum Studies, History, Arts, Conservation, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in museum or gallery management, operations management, or related fields.
Strong communication, leadership, and public relations skills.
Ability to work strategically with a results‑oriented approach.
Knowledgeable in artefact and heritage conservation.
Develop short‑term and long‑term strategic plans for museum growth and development.
Uphold transparent, accountable, and ethical governance in all aspects of museum management.
Ensure smooth operations in accordance with service, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Address operational issues and act as the primary liaison between the operator and management.
Oversee systematic management of collections, artefacts, and exhibition materials.
Plan and execute business development and marketing strategies to increase ticket and product sales.
Develop digital promotional content, marketing activities, and strategic partnerships.
Coordinate tour guide operations and ensure a high‑quality visitor experience.
Manage technical aspects, public facilities, and infrastructure to ensure they are safe, well‑maintained, and functioning optimally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and strategic partners.
Plan and implement fundraising, sponsorship, and donation strategies to support museum programs, exhibitions, activities, and research.
Identify commercial opportunities, strategic collaborations, and tourism product/package improvements.
Prepare operational and business performance reports for senior management.
Responsible for developing new product offerings.
Ensure compliance with financial, procurement, and governance policies.
Monitor KPI achievements and propose corrective or improvement actions.
