About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced General Manager, Finance & Administration to join our team. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations of our organisation. This is a full-time position based in overseas.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the overall business objectives
  • Managing the accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions
  • Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and legal requirements
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to the leadership team on financial matters
  • Managing and leading the finance and administration teams
  • Implementing and maintaining effective internal control systems
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve operational efficiency
What we’re looking for
  • A bachelor's / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent are highly preferred
  • 9+ years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry
  • Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Sound knowledge of tax laws, financial regulations, HR practices, and corporate governance
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
