We are seeking a visionary General Manager to take the helm of one of their premier manufacturing sites. You will hold full accountability for operational excellence, steering a multi-disciplinary leadership team to meet the rigorous demands of global high-tech customers.

Responsibilities

• Architect Site Strategy: Design and execute localized operational strategies that align with global benchmarks to foster a culture of continuous improvement and peak efficiency.
• Operational Excellence: Lead the Site Leadership Team (SLT) in adopting advanced manufacturing models, ensuring a seamless integration of processes, technology, and culture.
• Drive Commercial & Financial Success: Own the site’s financial health with a focus on P&L accuracy, margin optimization, and deep transparency to facilitate high-stakes regional decision-making.
• Cultivate Human Capital: Act as a catalyst for talent, focusing on aggressive succession planning, executive coaching, and maximizing the potential of a diverse workforce.
• Strengthen Customer Partnerships: Forge resilient connections with regional customer management teams to ensure execution consistently exceeds complex stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced technical degree is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership within medical manufacturing or contract manufacturing (EMS) sector.
• Operational Mastery: Proven track record in P&L management at a Plant Manager level or above, with deep expertise in high-technology manufacturing and Lean methodologies.
• Business Acumen: Exceptional financial literacy and the ability to navigate the intricacies of the contract manufacturing services industry.
• Soft Skills: Sophisticated communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence global stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams through complex challenges.
