We are looking for a proactive and responsible Administrative Assistant to support general office administration and learn procurement-related tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow within a construction or site office environment and is open to hands-on learning opportunities.
Perform general administrative duties including filing, document control, data entry, photocopying, and correspondence
Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Assist with meeting arrangements, note-taking, and internal coordination
Support basic procurement tasks under guidance, including:
Requesting quotations from vendors
Preparing purchase orders
Tracking deliveries and maintaining procurement records
Maintain proper documentation and filing for both administrative and procurement records
Communicate with internal teams and suppliers when needed
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or project team
Age: 35 years old or below
Must have own laptop
Must have own transport
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willing and able to work in site office environments
Must be open to learning procurement processes
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
Willing to travel between project sites if required
