Job summary

A recruitment company in Puchong is looking for a Senior Analyst in Operations & Commercial Excellence. The candidate will focus on supporting the Quality Management System and driving operational excellence. Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to QMS, ISO 9001:2015, and internal audit processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Maintain accurate document control for SOPs, work instructions, and commercial process documents.
• Assist with internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support day-to-day commercial and marketing activities, including preparation of materials.

Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Presentable and comfortable interacting with stakeholders

Experience with Canva or basic photo/video editing

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Quality, Marketing, or related fields
