The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing day‑to‑day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient office and site operations. The role involves coordination, documentation, record management, and general office administration.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document control, and correspondence handling.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain office records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and inventory management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and courier arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing letters, memos, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Support HR administrative matters, including attendance records, leave tracking, and staff documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics for staff when required.
  • Assist in invoice processing, payment tracking, and basic accounting support.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external parties as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams or management as assigned.
