A manufacturing company in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee tool precision operations and coordinate FA samples approval. Manage the entire operations of tool precision

Oversee and coordinate FA samples approval with the customer

Determine the application of relevant statistic techniques and identify the parameter, controlled and implement it

Liaise closely with customer and other supporting groups on any matters relating to mold fabrication

Analyse machine utilization, costing and efficiency. Initiate the improvement program to maximize utilization of machine, manpower and process efficiency

Responsible to keeping all maintenance records

Attend and perform daily breakdown maintenance

Co-ordinate major breakdown repair with the supplier

Responsible for the document control of machine reference manuals and preventive maintenance instructions

Withdraw faulty machine discovered during preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance to be use

Responsible to keeping all maintenance records

Conduct yearly performance appraisal for employees

Perform ad hoc assignment assigned by management

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years relevant experience

Good knowledge in company’s products and machinery’s requirements

Consistently manage cost effective as company’s budget and objective

Knowledgeable in trouble shooting machine

Knowledgeable of CNC, EDM, grinding, milling and CNC milling machines
