A leading precast company in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking an Accounting Clerk to perform accounting and administrative functions, including handling data entry for AP/AR transactions and preparing payments. Candidates should have a minimum education of SPM or a Diploma in LCCI Accounting with at least one year of experience using accounting software. Knowledge of AutoCount is advantageous. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to work independently, making a positive contribution to the team's efficiency.
Perform accounting and administrative functions
Handle data entry for AP/AR transactions
Match vendor invoices with delivery orders
Prepare payments to suppliers and other parties
Maintain proper filing system and document control
Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Minimum SPM / Diploma in LCCI Accounting
At least 1 year of experience using accounting software
AutoCount knowledge is an added advantage
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
