At least 2 years of experience in software development. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior positions.

Proficiency in C#, Flutter, TSQL, HTML, CSS, and .NET Framework. Experience with Android and iOS development is a plus.

Required languages include English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

• User Journey Planning and Problem-Solving:

  • Collaborate with the team to plan user journeys before starting design and development.

  • Participate in discussions to propose ideas and solutions, moving closer to the ideal outcome.

  • Analyze existing business operations workflows and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience in both mobile and web applications.

• Design and Documentation:

  • Work with different teams to understand user needs and create effective technical solutions.

  • Design and document system specifications to guide development.

  • Convert UI/UX designs into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.

• Development and Code Quality:

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code.

  • Build and maintain reusable components to expedite the development process.

  • Integrate applications with backend APIs to create dynamic user experiences.

• Performance and Optimisation:

  • Optimise applications for performance and scalability.

  • Thoroughly test applications to ensure quality and stability.

• Issue Resolution and Maintenance:

  • Conduct validation and verification tests, working with internal teams to fix and improve software.

  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and coordinated application development.

• Backend Integration:

  • Integrate applications with our existing backend developed in C# and using MSSQL.

• App Store Submissions:

  • Responsible for submitting the app to various app stores, including Google Play (Android), Apple App Store (iOS), Huawei AppGallery, and others.

• Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on new technologies, development processes, and industry trends.

• Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation on software design, code, and user manuals using Notion and GitLab.
