Job summary
A leading engineering company in Johor, Iskandar Puteri is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to enhance brand visibility and support product marketing activities. The successful candidate will coordinate digital marketing campaigns, manage marketing materials, and assist in company events. A Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing is needed, along with good communication and organizational skills. This role offers the opportunity to develop your marketing skills in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in a related field is required.
- Additional certification in Product Marketing or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage consistent digital content across online platforms.
- Track and report marketing activity performance.
Skills
Education
To support the execution of online and product marketing activities by coordinating digital content, preparing marketing materials, and assisting sales and marketing events. This role focuses on day-to-day marketing execution to strengthen brand presence, support product communication, and contribute to business growth.
- To support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation in line with marketing objectives.
- To manage and publish consistent digital content across online platforms to strengthen brand presence and support marketing initiatives.
- To support product marketing activities by preparing marketing materials and assisting sales teams with relevant content and tools.
- To track and report marketing activity performance to support continuous improvement.
- To provide marketing and operational support for company events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- To coordinate day-to-day marketing tasks with interns and vendors under guidance.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certification in Product Marketing, digital marketing credentials, or Strategic Marketing is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, including brand positioning and audience engagement.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, online advertising, email marketing, and website content.
- Ability to plan and develop marketing content while maintaining brand consistency.
- Experience supporting online marketing campaigns and product promotional activities.
- Basic understanding of product features and value propositions to support sales and marketing needs.
- Ability to analyze basic marketing performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Good in Microsoft Office, CRM Tools, Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
