Position Summary
As the Site Leader/Managing Director of inTEST Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion in the Asia region. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of corporate business strategies in the region. Operationally, you will be responsible for overseeing our ~25 – 40-person regional center of excellence for engineering, sourcing and manufacturing. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate Development with frequent engagement with our Division Presidents, you will be helping to guide the strategic direction of the operation, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the organization's long-term success. This position is key to ensuring the continued growth and success of our company in the region and globally.
