Job summary

A recruitment agency in Penang seeks a candidate to assist the production department with clerical duties and oversee production operations. The ideal applicant should have a minimum of three years' experience in a related field and possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level education. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel is required, along with good communication skills and the ability to work independently. This position involves regular reporting and monitoring of production activities.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level.

Responsibilities

  • Assist production department or administration with clerical duties.
  • Verify and follow up on daily production order sheet progress.
  • Control daily production operations.
  • Prepare production reports and verify their progress.
  • Monitor and follow up on new order database progress.
