Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting tasks (data entry, invoices, payments).

Prepare and update financial records and filing.

Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

Manage petty cash and prepare daily cash report.

Track panel payments, follow up with panel companies, and update payment status.

Maintain proper filing system for accounts and office documents.

Assist with admin tasks such as answering calls, preparing documents, and scheduling.

Assist in stock monitoring and purchasing when required.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting or related field (advantage).

Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
