A leading recruitment platform is seeking a Front Desk Administrator to manage reception duties and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess at least a diploma and 2 years of relevant experience, be able to communicate in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position is based in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, with free shuttle services provided to the nearest MRT station.
To manage the front desk reception area.
To handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a competent and professional manner.
To attend to all walk-in visitors/guests with courteous.
To arrange and record all incoming and outgoing mails/couriers/dispatch.
To handle meeting rooms booking efficiently & arrange any equipment required prior to the meeting.
To keep all meeting rooms and reception area tidy and clean at all time.
To assist in general administrative matters, documentation filing, stationary inventory.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Job Requirements:-
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
Preferably to have at least 2 year(s) of working experience, with good attendance records.
Able to work under fast pace environment and multi-tasking.
Must be willing to be based in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. Company provides free shuttle services to the nearest MRT station.
Pleasant personality and able to communicate with all levels, internally and externally.
Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
