Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of working experience in manufacturing and management.
• Experience in optical module and optical device industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track and confirm pre-job training for new production employees.
• Manage issuance and recycling of employment certificates.
• Distribute and procure consumables in the production department.
• Manage warehouse tasks such as material loading and retrieval.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the tracking and confirmation of pre-job theoretical training, pre-job practical training and other training for new employees in the production department.
2. Responsible for the issuance and recycling of production employee employment certificates, MES permission configuration and deletion, personnel file archiving management, etc.
3. Statistical staff turnover rate.

Production supplies room management

1. Responsible for the distribution and statistics of consumables and accessories in the production department.
2. Responsible for the procurement of consumables in the spare parts room of the production department and establishing safety inventory in the spare parts room.

1. Responsible for the confirmation of defective products in the workshop, repairs, material replacement, etc.
2. Establish whether the skills of repair personnel are up to standard.

1. Responsible for checking, loading, issuing and retrieving materials in the workshop.
2. Responsible for workshop warehousing, warehouse withdrawal, material return, etc.

Other ad-hoc task as per assigned by superior.

Qualifications

1. At least 1-3 years working experience in manufacturing and management.
2. Experience in optical module and optical device industry is an advantage.
3. Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin (Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature needed).
