Lean Six Sigma Trainer
Job summary
A global customer experience provider in George Town, Malaysia, is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Trainer to develop and deliver training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a degree and at least 3 years of customer service experience, with a focus on training. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. This role is crucial in fostering a collaborative learning environment and applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience with at least 2 years training experience.
- Proficiency in adapting training materials to different learning styles.
- Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma training sessions.
- Create instructional materials to convey Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Provide guidance on applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Facilitate interactive discussions and activities to reinforce learning objectives and encourage participation.
- Assess participants' understanding and progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training content to specific organizational needs and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Lean Six Sigma methodology to continuously enhance training effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to participants as they apply Lean Six Sigma concepts in their work environments.
