Job summary

A leading banking institution in Malaysia is looking for a Sales Planning & Activities expert to develop and execute sales plans, provide investment advisories, and maintain customer relationships. This role requires a degree and a CFP certification. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant sales experience and excellent communication skills. Job description
Sales Planning & Activities
  • Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank’s leads (LMS) and self-generated leads
  • Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at PBC/branch/region on sales activities/campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
  • Prepare and provide investment & wealth financial advisory and assistance to customers for their investment/wealth portfolio management
  • Periodic review of customers’ investment portfolio and increase AUM
  • Plan and identify cross selling/up selling to increase customers’ PHR and revenue
  • Set appointments, sales visitations, prospecting and engagement with customers
Sales Management
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referrals
  • Work closely with Centre Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaigns
  • Prepare and monitor sales performance and competitors analysis to Management
  • Compliance to Bank’s policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder
  • Certified Financial Planner certification (CFP) with FIMM, PCE, CEILI and IPPC license.
  • Minimum 2 years of sale experience preferably in wealth and banca products with FIs
  • Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess relevant licenses required for the portfolio
  • Sales and results oriented
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skill
