About The Role

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, client‑focused Payments Specialist to handle transaction flows, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. You’ll be managing deposit and withdrawal processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to continuous improvements in the way we move funds globally. This role is based onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Monday to Friday.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Process and monitor client deposits, withdrawals, and payments across multiple platforms
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring fast and accurate resolution of payment‑related queries
  • Partner with internal teams (Treasury, Tech, Customer Experience) to optimize payment workflows
  • Maintain compliance with payment regulations and privacy standards
  • Provide insights and reports on payment trends and PSP performance
  • Support fraud prevention and transaction monitoring initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the Payments function
  • Meet daily and monthly KPIs related to processing times, accuracy, and client satisfaction
Skills and Experiences
