Job summary
A leading glove manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Technician in the Utility department to ensure the optimal operation of utility assets, perform maintenance, and comply with safety regulations. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in the mechanical/electrical field. Responsibilities include installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, along with adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Preferably 2 years of experience in the mechanical/electrical industry.
- Knowledge in boiler, chiller, air compressor, and genset operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, breakdown, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure boilers and compressors operate in optimized conditions.
- Investigate and solve utility problems.
- Maintain HSE compliance and improve equipment efficiency.
