Job summary
A leading construction and property management company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician. The role involves conducting site inspections, assisting in maintenance tasks, and managing reports of defects. Candidates should have an engineering diploma and good communication skills in English and Malay. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related working experience.
- Technician specializing in Building Maintenance/Repair or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay for both spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily site walks for routine inspection.
- Assist in maintenance and repair works of common areas.
- Check and rectify defects and complaints reported by tenants.
- Monitor plumbing and electrical repairs by contractors.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance works.
