Job description

This full-time QA Technician role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading global solution provider and custom precision thermoforming company. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and safety of the company's products and processes.

What you’ll be doing

Perform Incoming Inspection, First Piece Inspection, Outgoing Inspection, Validation, Material Evaluation, Reverse Engineering measurements jobs to ensure internal or customer requirements are met.

Assist QA Engineer in NPI quality control development, reverse engineering study and piloting until succeed in data supply or sample submission.

Shift manpower planning, conduct daily morning meeting and highlight the areas for attention.

Master the quality standard, drawing, measurement system, technology and inspection requirements.

Supply data with relevant statistical analysis, observation or conclusion in meeting the assigned task objectives.

Perform process audit and ensure production is fully in compliance of the procedures or requirements.

Suggest Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) in QA operations or relevant manufacturing processes for further improvement in overall productivities and efficiencies.

Training QA Inspectors in the judgment of product quality acceptance.

Prepare relevant quality training materials in e-Learning system.

What we’re looking for

Willing to work on rotating shift.

Min. STPM with at least 3 years of relevant experience in QA/QC field. Fresh graduates Diploma holder are welcome to apply.

Possess good command of written and spoken English.

Resourceful, able to work independently.

Proficient in MicroVu programming and measurement. Good experience in other QC measuring equipment e.g. Caliper, Height Gauge, Micrometer, Thickness Gauge, CMM

Knowledge in Statical Process Control (SPC) monitoring and data analysis.

Knowledge in Microsoft Excel/ Word/ Power Point/ Outlook.

Awareness in Quality Management System is an advantage.
