Job summary
A facilities management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technician for Maintenance & Engineering. This role involves supporting the Chief Engineer in operational functions and performing maintenance on various systems including electrical and air conditioning. Candidates should have a minimum of SPM or a professional certificate in a relevant field, along with two years of experience in building management.
Qualifications
- At least a SPM/Professional Certificate in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 years experience in building management/facility management field is required.
- Solid knowledge in electronic/electrical/air-conditioning/plumbing/painting/carpentry.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Chief Engineer in daily Maintenance & Engineering operational functions.
- Perform the implementation and maintenance of the company’s facility and M&E equipment.
Skills
Education
Provide support to Chief Engineer in daily Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) operational functions.
Perform the implementation and maintenance of the company’s facility and M&E equipment, electrical system, fire-fighting system, air conditioning system, telecommunication system, security system, plumbing system and etc.
At least a SPM/Professional Certificate in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2 years experience in building management/facility management field is required
Solid knowledge in electronic/electrical/air-conditioner/plumbing/painting/carpentry
