Join the team at Waynum Hardware Sdn Bhd as a full-time Machine Technician based in Pasir Gudang, Johor. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on production machinery
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, and carry out repairs in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the production team to minimise machine downtime and maximise efficiency
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repair work
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and provide training to operators
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and best practices

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience as a machine technician
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably in the hardware industry
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin with clients
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and a commitment to safety
