Job description

Responsibilities

• Experience on server blade integration in sub assembly testing and final system testing.
• Maintaining test equipment, monitoring test performance on functional tester.
• Support engineer on the development of documentation for operational or technical training.
• Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor/Engineer.
• Knowledge in Functional Test (FT) and system integration test.
• Responsible for test yields improvement sub assembly and final assembly.
• Maintaining test records associated with the functional test process.
• Liaise with production to provide on-going technical support on any related testing issues.
• Experience with Test and Measurement equipment such as digital multimeter, oscilloscope, network analyzer, etc.

Failure Analysis Engineering Technician

• Able to use the equipment and tools to run diagnostic and analyze on server motherboard and identify the non-good server board such as error code during the debugging process.
• Experience with Test and Measurement equipment such as Oscilloscope, Digital Multi-Meter, Power Supply, Short Locator, network analyzer and reading electronic schematic as well as using diagnostic tool on server board debugging.
• Experience in diagnostic and error code debugging on electronic module (sub assembly and full assembly).
• Reading and interpreting schematic diagrams to use in troubleshooting, debugging, and diagnosing of server motherboard.
• To ensure that non good server boards are timely resolved and released to production accordingly.
• Understand and practice error code debugging process and flow accordingly.
• Debug WIP inventory control.
