We are looking for a Technician Coordinator who is able to coordinate daily technical operations and perform basic to intermediate in-house machine repair and troubleshooting. This role requires both coordination capability and hands‑on technical skills to support service efficiency and reduce downtime.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule technicians for installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance works
- Assign daily job orders and ensure technicians are properly briefed before site deployment
- Perform in‑house machine diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair for returned, faulty, or test units
- Support technicians with technical advice, problem analysis, and solution planning
- Monitor job progress and follow up on completion status, delays, or technical issues
- Act as the main coordination point between technicians, sales team, service team, and customers
- Prepare and manage service schedules, job sheets, and service reports
- Ensure all service and repair works comply with company procedures and safety standards
- Liaise with suppliers or principals for technical clarification or spare parts when required
- Track spare parts usage and coordinate with inventory or warehouse team
- Handle customer inquiries related to service appointments and technical follow‑ups
- Maintain proper documentation for service history, in‑house repairs, and job completion
- Assist in improving service workflow, turnaround time, and repair efficiency
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Technical‑related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in technical service, equipment repair, or technician coordination
- Hands‑on experience in machine repair, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis
- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment, electrical appliances, or mechanical systems is a strong advantage
- Able to independently handle in‑house repair works with minimal supervision
- Strong coordination, planning, and follow‑up skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and basic service or job‑tracking systems
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple service priorities
- Responsible, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven mindset
