Electronic Technician Trainee (Start ASAP)

The Electronic Technician Trainee ensures timely equipment delivery, improves maintenance efficiency, and supports continuous improvement within the Maintenance Base in Klang, Malaysia.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Maintain assigned equipment according to the maintenance program and reliability‑centered maintenance strategy using the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials, labor costs, equipment maintenance history, work orders, parts used, and maintenance time.
• Comply with TLM Product Line standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Base to enhance asset utilization and reduce cost of service delivery (CoSD).
• Support efforts to improve asset turnaround time by reducing downtime caused by maintenance, parts, repair authorization numbers, failures, and work‑in‑process.
• Assist in improving the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
• Implement CoSD projects such as planned repair and reuse of parts.
• Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
• Comply with the TLM Competency Management System.
