Job description

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to join our thriving manufacturing team at PPCM (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Klang, Selangor. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in plastic processing and machine setup, be capable of operating injection molding machines independently, and possess strong technical and communication skills.

What you'll be doing

• Install molds onto injection molding machines and set production parameters
• Add raw materials and monitor material usage
• Conduct regular sampling of semi‑finished products to ensure product quality
• Organize and collect semi‑finished products for subsequent assembly
• Operate and monitor various injection molding machines, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on injection molding equipment, including daily maintenance of production floor equipment and utilities.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements and finish the entire production line.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standard.

What we're looking for

• Relevant technical qualification or certification in injection molding or plastic processing.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands‑on experience as an injection molding technician.
• Strong understanding of injection molding principles, equipment, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and operating manuals.
• Able to independently perform mold installation and machine setup
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English is required, and knowing Mandarin would be a significant advantage.
• Willing to work 5 days/week, 12 hours/day.
• Candidates residing in Setia Alam, Bukit Raja or surrounding areas are preferred.
