Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and training to clients.
• Support software introduction and sales efforts.
• Research the local engineering industry and contribute to software development planning tailored to civil engineers.
• Develop technical materials and training content to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or a related field).
• Experience: 2–5 years as a design engineer or in a related role.
• Language: Fluency in English.
• Strong communication skills and a client-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with FEM software.
• Experience using MIDAS software (MIDAS Civil, MIDAS GEN, etc.).
