Job Description: Sterilizer Technician

Location: GT2 Healthcare Sdn Bhd, Kulim Hi Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia

GT2 Healthcare Sdn Bhd is a leading third-party sterilization provider, offering world-class services to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Technician and 2nd In-Charge to our Technical and Operations HOD.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain machinery, equipment, materials and products used in the sterilization process
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting of machinery to ensure smooth operations
• Control and produce paperwork required for internal and external clients
• Assist in the upkeep of site facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
• Close communication and transfer of paperwork and information between QA and Lab departments
• Collaborate with senior operators and supervisors to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Degree in a relevant technical field (Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) – other qualifications will not be considered.
• Able to drive and operate forklifts and/or reach trucks.
• 2 years working experience in hands-on work with and maintaining industrial machinery.
• Willingness to learn from experienced industry professionals (Our consideration will be heavily based on the “Attitude > Ability” idealogy).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Good communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work on night shift schedules.
