Job summary
A leading electronics company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Administrator to update records and provide reports. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, alongside 1-3 years of experience in sales support. Responsibilities include maintaining databases, analyzing sales performance, and preparing management reports, with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales administration, sales support, or data-related role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain sales-related databases.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer, pricing, and product data.
- Maintain detailed sales records and provide regular reporting to management.
- Collect and analyze sales performance data (revenue, volume, targets vs. actuals).
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards for management review.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to support strategic decisions.
- Support forecasting and budgeting efforts using historical sales data.
- Provide administrative support for various sales-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
- Provide support for Midea Club App training; outstation travel may be required.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales administration, sales support, or data-related role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
