A leading manufacturing firm in Johor Bahru is seeking an office and sales support individual to assist with documentation and customer order processing. Responsibilities include preparing sales-related documents, liaising with customers, tracking sales orders, and participating in marketing efforts. Ideal candidates should have strong document preparation skills and experience in customer liaison. This position will primarily be based at the Johor branch.
To assist the Office / Sales / Production Manager in preparing all the documentation required in the Manufacturing System of the factory.
Monitors, expedites and filing all documents needed in processing customers’ order.
