Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Johor Bahru is seeking an office and sales support individual to assist with documentation and customer order processing. Responsibilities include preparing sales-related documents, liaising with customers, tracking sales orders, and participating in marketing efforts. Ideal candidates should have strong document preparation skills and experience in customer liaison. This position will primarily be based at the Johor branch.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing sales or production related documents.
  • Ability to monitor and expedite customer order processing.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with customers and transporters.

Job description

To assist the Office / Sales / Production Manager in preparing all the documentation required in the Manufacturing System of the factory.

Monitors, expedites and filing all documents needed in processing customers’ order.

Scope of Work
  • Preparing of sales / production related documents e.g. work orders, quotations etc.
  • Monitors and expedites all the documents needed in processing customers’ order.
  • Maintaining of records of the Operation / Sales / Production Department.
  • Preparing relevant reports for the department.
  • Responsible for QMS activity of his / her department.
  • Handle sales enquiry / quotation and provide sales support.
  • Follow-up with customers on quotations to secure orders.
  • To handle sales order processing and arrange delivery / track on collection.
  • Liaise with customers / transporters for shipment (Air/Sea Freight) arrangements.
  • Ensure accuracy of sales order.
  • Participate in marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and update sales report weekly.
