Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Drive sales, expand customer accounts, and meet monthly sales targets (RM400K+).
• Customer Relationship & Service: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing RFQ support, site visits, and after-sales care.
• Technical & Engineering Support: Interpret engineering drawings, ensure product design compliance, and support troubleshooting.
• Project Coordination: Ensure smooth order progression and 100% on-time delivery.
• Market Intelligence: Keep track of industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify growth opportunities in ASEAN, Europe, and the US.

Required Skills:

• Experience: 2-5 years in CNC machining or precision engineering.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of CNC processes, engineering drawings, and surface finishing techniques.
• Sales & Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to companies such as Lam Research, ASML, Applied Materials, or similar.

Education:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related field.
