Job Description

As a Customer Service, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and driving sales across social media, website, marketplace platforms, and offline channels.

What do we need you to do?
  • Handle customer request, feedback, concerns and inquiries in a professionally and timely manner.
  • Respond to customer calls, messages, and live chats across social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Proactively initiate, follow up, and close sales with customers and retailers.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, as well as retailers.
  • Coordinate and monitor projects, ensuring activities and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee daily operations and activities of online marketplaces and company website.
  • Set up, monitor, and continuously optimize automated bot replies to improve customer interactions.
  • Train and fine-tune the AI chatbot on a daily basis for consistent performance.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
