A leading electronics company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Administrator to update records and provide reports. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, alongside 1-3 years of experience in sales support. Responsibilities include maintaining databases, analyzing sales performance, and preparing management reports, with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance with company standards.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain sales-related databases.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer, pricing, and product data.
  • Maintain detailed sales records and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Collect and analyze sales performance data (revenue, volume, targets vs. actuals).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to support strategic decisions.
  • Support forecasting and budgeting efforts using historical sales data.
  • Provide administrative support for various sales-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
  • Provide support for Midea Club App training; outstation travel may be required.
