Job description

Interact with potential buyers, understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the sales process.

Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits, discussing financing options, insurance package, negotiating prices, and closing deals.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Responsible for showroom and outdoor sales activities.

Promote and sell vehicles and related products or services to customers.

Responsible to maintaining a strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including understanding market trends, competitor offerings, and new developments.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers before and after the sale is also essential to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with other team members, such as finance and service departments, to provide a seamless customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.

Requirements:

High school diploma or degree in business, marketing, or others in related field can be beneficial but is not always mandatory.

Previous experience in sales, particularly in the Automotive industry, IT /Mobile, Real Estate is highly preferred. Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and automotive financing processes is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers and effectively conveying information about vehicles and services.

Ability to negotiate terms and current promotion to close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer needs before, during, and after the sales process.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from various departments to ensure a positive overall customer experience.

Capable of managing multiple tasks, maintaining records, and staying organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
