Job summary
A recruitment firm in Shah Alam is looking for a Key Account Manager for the Fresheners Industry focusing on Modern Trade/Retail Chains. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of FMCG/key account experience and strong skills in negotiation, communication, and commercial strategy. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, implementing strategies, and coordinating with various teams to achieve sales growth. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key retail accounts, especially Watsons, to drive sales and brand growth.
- Develop and implement account strategies, trade promotions, and business plans.
- Build strong relationships with buyers and partners to secure long-term business.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and business review reports.
