Job summary

A local automotive finance company in Selangor is seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance personnel to manage daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and tax-related matters. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience with a full set of accounts and be familiar with SQL accounting software. Job Scope
Accounts & Finance
  • Handle daily bookkeeping – record sales, purchases, trade-in, and loan transactions.
  • Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR) – suppliers, banks, insurance companies, and customers.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure proper cash flow tracking.
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers for car sales and expenses.
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting and stock inventory valuation (cars in hand).
  • Prepare and submit tax-related matters (SST, income tax, road tax tracking).
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks/finance institutions.
  • Verify and record hire purchase loan documents with banks/finance companies.
  • Track buyer deposits, loans disbursement, and balance payments.
  • Ensure all car ownership transfer (JPJ) & insurance payments are properly recorded.
  • Support sales team by preparing sales reports and commission statements.
Administration
  • Maintain proper filing system for sales contracts, loan agreements, and financial documents.
  • Assist in petty cash management (e.g., car washing, repair, minor expenses).
  • Handle office administration related to finance (utilities, rental, insurance renewal).
