Job summary

A recruitment firm in Shah Alam is looking for a Key Account Manager for the Fresheners Industry focusing on Modern Trade/Retail Chains. Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of FMCG/key account experience with proven track record in handling Watsons.
  • Hands-on, analytical, and results-driven personality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage key retail accounts, especially Watsons, to drive sales and brand growth.
  • Develop and implement account strategies, trade promotions, and business plans.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and partners to secure long-term business.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and business review reports.
