Job summary

A leading human resource management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Manager to engage with new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts. The ideal candidate should have a background in Engineering or Business Management, as well as a minimum of two years' experience in sales management. Proficiency in English and strong IT skills, particularly in using Microsoft Office, are essential. This role offers an opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction and manage account strategies effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management or related position.
  • Strong IT background is preferable.
  • Ability to create and maintain Customer Account Plans.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new customers and handle inbound inquiries.
  • Maintain updated account plans for each customer.
  • Ensure CRM is updated with account information.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting new customers and attend to inbound enquiries from new
  • Maintain an up-to-date Account Plan for each customer;
  • Discover and scope value-creation (or sales) opportunities within the account;
  • Expand scope of services to new departments or organizations in your assigned
  • Ensure CRM is up to date with account information;
  • Provide timely progress report to your direct superior through account plan reviews;
  • Meet pipeline targets (size, speed and efficiency);
  • Be proficient in TAS or ABS sales process (training will be provided);
  • Manage & maximize digital engagement with major accounts with assistance from Marketing Dept.;
  • Ensure and achieve high customer satisfaction levels from your Major Accounts.
Qualifications
  • Possess tertiary certification/qualification in Engineering, Business Management, or Sales & Marketing;
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a sales management or sales related employment;
  • Possess Mechanical CAD industry knowledge and sound IT background (preferable);
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of tools;
  • Have high proficiency in language – particularly English.
