The waiter/waitress makes sure to take correct food and drink orders, and attends to customers’ needs during their meal. He/she resolves any issues in a polite and professional manner, to always ensure customer satisfaction.

The cashier makes the customer’s payment process fast and trouble-free. The cashier also makes sure there is adequate change on hand, and works with management to overcome any payment system issues. Comprehensive training will be provided.
